UNABLE TO ATTEND MASS?

As we are unable to attend Mass because of the current COVID-19 restrictions please remember that you can always make a Spiritual Communion.  Here is a well-known form of Spiritual Communion you might like to use.

Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. (St. Alphonsus Maria de’ Liguori).

Also, if you have access to the internet, you will find there are many Masses live-streamed now, both daily and Sunday Masses.

Here are links to a couple in our own Diocese . . .

St Dunstan's Church, Woking:
st-dunstans.org/stream...

Sacred Heart Church, Caterham:  https://www.churchservices.tv/caterham

There are many, many more churches offering live-streaming of Masses with new parishes joining in almost daily.
